Whistleblowing Channel

Confidential, protected against retaliation and open to employees, suppliers and clients.

Use this channel to report harassment, fraud, misconduct, a concealed accident or any violation of our Code of Conduct. You decide whether to identify yourself—and even anonymously, you can follow the investigation through completion.

How it works

  1. 1
    You submit a report

Choose whether to identify yourself and describe what happened.

  2. 2
You receive a protocol and password

They are displayed only once on the next screen. Write them down before closing it.

  3. 3
    The Committee investigates

The report is reviewed confidentially and may lead to requests for more information.

  4. 4
    You track progress

Use the protocol and password to track progress and communicate with the Committee without identifying yourself.

Submit a report

How would you like to submit? (required)

This information is used only if you choose to identify yourself—it is never mandatory.

If in doubt, choose the closest category—the Committee can reclassify it if necessary.
Be as specific as possible: what happened, when, where, who was involved and whether there were witnesses. Avoid opinions and focus on facts.

Minimum 100 characters.

Accepted formats: PDF, JPG, PNG, MP3 or MP4. Maximum 10 MB per file and up to 5 files. If you wish to remain anonymous, remember that photos and documents may contain internal data (file author, location or date) that could help identify the sender.

After submission, the next screen displays your protocol and password for this case. They appear only once and cannot be recovered later—be ready to write them down before continuing.
