Use this channel to report harassment, fraud, misconduct, a concealed accident or any violation of our Code of Conduct. You decide whether to identify yourself—and even anonymously, you can follow the investigation through completion.

    The report is reviewed confidentially and may lead to requests for more information.

    Use the protocol and password to track progress and communicate with the Committee without identifying yourself.

Accepted formats: PDF, JPG, PNG, MP3 or MP4. Maximum 10 MB per file and up to 5 files. If you wish to remain anonymous, remember that photos and documents may contain internal data (file author, location or date) that could help identify the sender.
