2. What data we collect and why
- Contact form: name, email, telephone (optional), subject and message—to respond to your inquiry.
- Careers: name, email, telephone, area of interest and message—for recruitment and selection purposes, with your explicit consent in the form.
- Whistleblowing Channel: handled separately under its own anonymity and encryption rules—see section 5.
- Technical cookies: used for website operation (CSRF protection and administrative panel sessions). They do not require consent because they are strictly necessary.
- Analytics cookies: only load after explicit consent in the cookie banner, and never on Whistleblowing Channel pages.
- Location map: the Contact page displays an embedded Google Maps map. When you access it, your browser connects to Google servers, which may record your IP address and set their own cookies under Google’s privacy policy. The map is not loaded on Whistleblowing Channel pages.
3. Who we share data with
We do not share your data with third parties for commercial purposes. Hosting and infrastructure providers may process data strictly to operate the website under confidentiality obligations. The map on the Contact page is provided by Google as described in section 2.
4. How long we retain data
We retain data for the time required to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected or for the period required by law.
5. Whistleblowing Channel — specific rules
The Whistleblowing Channel has its own anonymity and security policy, detailed on the Compliance. In summary: anonymous reports do not generate IP, cookie or technical identifier records; data is encrypted; and channel pages do not load any third-party resources.

You may request access, correction, deletion or portability of your data and withdraw previous consent by contacting us through the channel below.
